Ubisoft has officially announced that its subscription service, Ubisoft+, is now available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, following the discovery of ads for its arrival that went live early.

With a Ubisoft+ Multi Access subscription, you can also play Ubi titles across multiple platforms under a single membership, which grants access via Ubisoft Connect across PC, Amazon Luna, and Xbox.

Linking your Xbox account to Ubisoft+ Multi Access will enable you to play premium editions of upcoming releases where available, alongside games like Assassin's Creed Valhalla, The Division 2, Far Cry 6, and loads more. Subscribers also get 10% off any in-game currency purchases.

Cross-progression is also available for select titles, and having a Ubisoft+ membership means having day one access to any new Ubisoft releases, DLCs, and classic games. "Partnering with Xbox to launch Ubisoft+ Multi Access on Xbox consoles enhances our subscription offering to provide more value and choice to our players”, said Chris Early, Senior VP of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Ubisoft.

“Xbox console players can now have unbridled access to discover our worlds through Ubisoft’s extensive game library.”

Ubisoft+ Multi Access is available on Xbox from $14.99/£12.99/€14.99 a month.

  • Nah, not paying another subscription, especially while all ubi titles have just became tired rehashes of each other
  • fuck that
  • Ow bring it to GP like they did with EA and we’re game;-)
  • No thanks. Ubisoft went from releasing my favorite games when I was a kid to my least favorite. I loved splinter cell, ghost recon, rainbow six...
  • Link with it the game pass and we'll talk
  • They smoking crack
  • No thanks, I'll pass.
  • Imagine being so out of touch with what gamers want to deliver this "service".

If I had no other games to play, I'd find a new hobby before purchasing this garbage.
  • Ever since someone said people don't own things anymore I'm losing the appeal of subscription services.
  • Ubisoft has it all wrong. Yes, they are out of touch completely. They don't even care for what gamers want anymore. They just want to grab our cash in any way possible. Fuck you Ubisoft, you are not taking my money with your crappy service. Instead of milking money from everyone, start creating new IPs worth buying.
  • “Xbox console players can now have unbridled access to discover our worlds through Ubisoft’s extensive game library.”

That is the funniest thing I’ve ever read..

EVERYONE ALREADY had “unbridled access” to ALL Ubisoft games.

It’s called the Xbox Store where you the GAMER chose what YOU wanted to purchase when YOU wanted to purchase it.

    ….Shit is beyond a joke
  • Hahahaha, wow. I'll try to take a more optimistic approach for a brief moment and say if you are new to gaming, and want to experience the Ubi titles, give it a go for a month or two. That is about all the positive I can say, cause this is overpriced, Ubi titles are Gamepass & PS+ tiers, as well as the fact that every Ubi game goes on deep sales on a seemingly weekly basis. By watching sales, you could probably own a few of the games on the catalogue for the price of two months.
